Lubavitch of Bucks County is a Jewish organization centered in Newtown, Pennsylvania that create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Jews in Bucks County, regardless of their level of observance or knowledge. They sought to re-engage their community with Rosh Hashanah services after a period of reduced in-person activity due to COVID-19.
Process:

A detailed questionnaire provided valuable insights into community interests, communication preferences, and overall marketing effectiveness.

A three-email series was crafted using engaging storytelling, highlighting the human element, while incorporating best practices and a clear funnel structure.
